Producing the best in coffee since 1970
Fazenda Lírio do Vale located in the city of Campos Altos in Minas Gerais, started growing and selling Arabica coffee in the 70s, becoming a reference since the beginning in quality coffee with unparalleled flavor.
with purpose from protecting and transmitting to Brazilians the best in arabica coffee, Bertolino is Coffee was born with the aim of turning the dream into reality, consuming the coffee that is produced here, the real coffee.
Our Terroir
Our terroir is a sum of characteristics, we are located in a privileged region, in the city of Campos Altos, Cerrado Mineiro, we cultivate our coffees at an altitude of 1,200m with a special climate for the cultivation of coffees, dry climate in addition to the regular soil, which ensures the best water retention during the rainy seasons, creating reserves for the drier periods. Directly affects plant access to nutrients and minerals, we always work to provide a more than special drink full of aroma and flavor.
Classification of Grains
Grain classification is carried out in three stages during the process, namely:

Separation of ripe fruits (cherries) for natural drying;

Classification of already dried grains by means of machinery, selecting only the grains without defects, sieve 16+;

Post-roasting separation, eliminating imperfect grains. (Quackers and Burned)
Our roast
Our roasting profiles were developed to extract the maximum flavor from each bean and drink. With each harvest, the roasting profiles are redone so that we have equal flavors and sensations. In addition to the whole post-roasting process, we carry out tests to obtain 100% of each cup.
Our Flavor
By extracting the maximum from our special roasted coffees, from the acidity to the sweetness in each cup, we are always concerned with keeping each packet fresh. With that, we work with the "Just in time" method of production, providing the true feeling of a fresh and smooth coffee.
